SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS (SAQ)
45-minute sessions
Designed primarily for 5th–8th grade athletes, SAQ is a great introduction to strength and speed development. These sessions focus on athletic movement and coordination without heavy lifting.
Sessions are held Monday–Wednesday from 5:30–6:15 PM, directly following Youth League practice.
