Her coaching journey began with the 208 Volleyball Club, where she had the privilege of learning under the mentorship of Jessica Trevna, the club’s director. Trevna—recognized as an elevated-level coach across multiple regions—instilled in Lexi a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the game and the importance of building strong foundations for young athletes.
During her time at 208 Volleyball Club, Lexi worked with a variety of age groups, coaching elite teams from 11U to 14U while also assisting with the club's younger programs. There, she focused on teaching fundamental skills—an experience that gave her a broad range of coaching techniques and a strong understanding of how to develop players at every stage of their volleyball journey.
